Which parcel Service do we use?
We normally ship using a courier service providing a 1 to 2 working day delivery service. Some smaller parcels are sent by Royal Mail standard parcels service giving 2 to 3 working days service.

What are our post and packing rates?
We have decided to opt for a flat rate of £8.95 however large your order is.
Please understand that the majority of our products are sent via couriers due to their size and the cost of doing so is often much higher than the £8.95 we charge our customers.
You may occasionally see on our site items that 'include free shipping' for example our Wirework Sculptures. Shipping is only free if all the items in your basket qualify for free shipping.

Will we ship to international addresses?
We are happy to give you a price for shipping our products to your home country. Please use our contact us page giving details of the products required and destination.

How soon do we ship after receiving your order?
We receive notification straight away of your order being placed and our commitment is to despatch either same or next working day. We will notify you by email on the day your order is despatched and we will also notify you if, for any reason, despatch is delayed beyond the next day commitment. With our courier service you can expect to receive your order within 1 to 3 days of placing your order.

Returns
We are confident that you will be delighted with your sculpture and we therefore accept returns should this not be the case. In such circumstances, however, you will be responsible for the return postage and packing costs and for ensuring that adequate insurance against loss is secured.

Goods arriving in a damaged condition
Please notify us as soon as possible and certainly within 2 days of receipt of goods of any damage to the goods. This is important in enabling us to effect a timely and appropriate claim with the shipping company, and replace your purchase as quickly as possible.
